The opportunity

Exact Medicare serves thousands of beneficiaries who rely on brokers for clear guidance, timely refills, and affordable prescriptions. As enrollment cycles grew more complex, the brokerage team faced three converging pressures: hidden plan changes that triggered unexpected disenrollments, lengthy prior-authorization bottlenecks, and rising call volumes from cost-sensitive clients. Exact Medicare’s leadership wanted a proactive way to spot medication problems before they eroded trust, yet building a pharmacy-level workflow on their own would have required new staff, tighter data controls, and months of custom development.

The outcome

The collaboration delivered measurable impact in less than one quarter.
